Dear Parents of Elementary Students,

The C.O.R.A.L. Program is continuing our cupcake project designed exclusively for Elementary students. Unfortunately, due to rising prices in the store, we have had to raise our price to $8.00.  We would like to be part of recognizing your child’s birthday and making things more convenient for you.   Our birthday package includes 24 cupcakes (of the same flavor), a personalized card, the birthday song, a balloon, and delivery to your child’s classroom.  There are many different options available to you – found on the order form below. All you need to do is fill in the order form below and return it to the C.O.R.A.L. classroom two days prior to your child’s birthday.  In addition to the order form below, you will also find an ingredient list for the cupcakes.  We look forward to working with you to make your child’s birthday memorable.  If you have any questions please give us a call at 229-5171.  Due to our classroom schedule we will be making all deliveries at 2:00 in the afternoon.

Ingredient List:
Chocolate:  Enriched wheat flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, cocoa, dextrose, food starch, leavening, salt, artificial flavor, cellulose gum.
Yellow / White: Sugar, enriched wheat flour, vegetable shortening, wheat starch, food starch, nonfat dry milk, dextrose, leavening, salt, artificial flavor, xanthan gum, datem, corn starch and FD&C yellow #5 & #6.

Frosting:  Confectionary Sugar, milk, vegetable shortening, vanilla, lemon juice.
