ATTENTION!!!! PLEASE READ!

As of January 2012, HPTA has implemented a new rule for HPTA sponsored events. Starting this month and from now on, if you are not an HPTA member, events that are put on by HPTA (For instance- FFF, Christmas in Honeoye, Boys' Night, Girls' Night, Carnival Night, etc) will now cost $1.00 per person. If you are a current HPTA member, you and your immediate family (husband or significant other and children) will get in for free. If you are not on our list, it will cost you a dollar for each person (it adds up quick when you do many of the events and would be cheaper for most to join PTA).

The board, and I, feel this is a very reasonable adjustment. It is also great incentive to become a member. Membership is only $10.00 and HPTA offers a wide variety of family fun. We help to advocate for your children, we are hear to listen to your questions and concerns. Without members, HPTA will not be successful.

As of right now, there are 37 paid, up-to-date members, last year we had 63. I hope you will consider re-joining our PTA team. You can get access to a HPTA membership form on our website. We are setting a deadline of March 1st for any new members or old members to rejoin, but this will be the last email you will recieve from HPTA if you are not an active-paid memeber or become one.
