On 11/14/06, Jennifer Van Houten presented a petition at the Town of Richmond Board Meeting signed by Parents, Grandparents, Educators and Community members that a School Speed Zone be created on Rt. 20A. The Board passed a motion to petition the State DOT to study the traffic pattern in order to create such a zone. This is just the 1st step to getting the zone.
