NOTICE TO BIDDERS
RE: SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Honeoye Central School District Towns of Richmond, Canadice, Bristol, South Bristol and West Bloomfield in Ontario County and Town of Livonia in Livingston County, New York, requests sealed bids for the following item:
Vehicle
• 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 Series
Detailed specifications and conditions may be secured from Michael Bastian, Business Administrator, Honeoye Central School (585 229 4123) Honeoye, New York, no later than 11:00 am on Monday, January 25, 2021. Vehicle will be sold in “as is” condition. The bids will be opened at the Honeoye Central School, District Office, 8528 Main Street, (PO Box 170) Honeoye, NY at 11:00 am January 25, 2021.
The Board of Education reserves the right to determine the standards of equality among the bids and reserves the right to make awards individually or collectively on the item listed and to reject any or all bids. It is expressly subject to the provisions of the local Finance Law of the State of New York.
