Monday Message April 13

It's a rainy, windy day!   But even with the rain and wind I see stories out my window.  The rain is running down my driveway in rivers and making puddles in my lawn for the birds and the ducks.  The birds came by the feeders early this morning but are hiding in the bushes now.  

 

Look out your window.  What stories do you see?  Is it a story about you watching the rain?  Is it a story about the animals outside?  Be creative and think like an observer and an author.

 

I'm adding a link to make a simple bird feeder.  There are lots of ways to make these from pinecones and peanut butter to milk cartons and bird seed.  You can even leave pieces of string outside near a bush or feeder and see if it makes its way into a nest.
