ALCOHOL/DRUGS/TOBACCO/E-CIGARETTES
The sale, possession, or exchange of any controlled substance including, but not limited to, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes (with or without nicotine) and other drugs or paraphernalia in school, on school grounds, on school buses, or at any school event is strictly prohibited. Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and lighters are not to be carried by students. They are subject to confiscation and disposal at any time, without reimbursement of loss. This rule will be vigorously enforced. Students in violation face detention, suspension, and/or other appropriate discipline. Parents will be notified and appropriate agencies will investigate violations of any penal law.
