Bus Passes

BUS PASSES

Bus passes must be sent in with your child in the morning. Please go over any changes with your child before they leave home. In the pass you must include the following information:

1. Date

2. Your child's full name (first and last).

3. Your child's teacher's name.

4. Name and address of destination.

5. Bus number or driver's name.

No bus changes will occur after 1:00. Last minute changes are too confusing for everyone especially your child. All arrangements will be finalized between teacher, Elementary Office and Transportation before 1:00.
